Acer One 11 Laptop BIOS update

Hi,

Alan got in touch. Here is what he experienced:





*Manufacturing date was 2016 - so you might think it would be still
supported.But - on entering the SNID - the response was SNID not found.On
extracting the serial number with Acer's own downloadable serial number
tool, and searching on the serial number, the results panel was blank.*
