How to request help from the discourse.ubuntu.com team

Hi.

I have an issue with the https://discourse.ubuntu.com/ (the Ubuntu
Forums). Few days away i clicked the "log out" button and when i try to
log in again clicking the proper button "Log In", it end in a Sign Up
screen for create a new account. I don't wanna a new account, i already
have one, with a posts history and badgets earned.

My ask is if someone knows how to contact the forum team for get
assistance.
