Is 22.04 no longer supported as an LTS version?

Yes, to pay these new security team people the money from the paid
layer of pro is used, this is why the packages are in the ESM archive
for Pro ... but as I said above you can use Pro for free, see [1] and
[2] ...

Right, Pro enables access to an additional archive (you *do* get the
package lists of that archive without having a Pro subscription so apt
is capable of notifying you about the available fixes in case you want
to use them)
