That's capable of generating TOTP, but it isn't in the Ubuntu
repositories. A search for totp in the Ubuntu repositories turned up
several packages and libraries that are capable of generating TOTP,
like gnome-authenticator, oathtool, otpclient, pass-extension-otp,
and keepassxc, to name a few.
