Oli,

Not a complete list but these directories should be included, but they 
are NOT...

Desktop
Documents
Downloads
Music
Pictures
Public
Templates

+others

I do not have all of them at my fingertips, however, they are part of 
the STANDARD files and directories that are included for every user upon 
creation.
