jammy can' load firmware 20220329 for update

At first it say jammy-security is being ignored on security.ubuntu.com.

Then it says internal server error 500 trying to get it from
jp.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool

Nothing unusual that I've done, just ordinary updates via apt.

df says 93% full.

Any ideas what's up?
