You didn't. In fact, you've made some solid points with good
explanations in this thread.

Perhaps the volatility the topic of Snaps often has will serve as a
motivating catalyst for the developers to smooth the road for the
future by solving some of the longstanding Snap issues.

I see Snaps as a necessary evil that needs work and I understand why
we need them. For the moment, those of us who call Snaps a duck
somehow manage to light some sort of fuse, but they do, however, walk
like a duck and quack like a duck... It seems to me that making the
users happy by solving actual problems is a great way for them to not
be a duck.
