No idea. If GTK provides built-in scaffolding for multicolumn tables, and  
the ability to resize the columns by dragging them with the mouse, and  
saving/restoring the widget configuration – that is, if this entire UI is  
handled entirely in GTK, and the app only needs to do a Picard, and "make it  
so", then this is on GTK.

It just seems unlikely to me, that this is merely the UI that GnuCash  
implemented, using GTK.
