Last night while watching a youtube video all of the sudden my computer
just shut down. I froze for a second
wondering if the power had all gone off - but my computer is on a UPS. It
was just off. I rebooted and it seemed
fine - even my video came back up with the browser only 7 seconds behind
where it stopped.
It was fine until about 20 min ago when I started to work I my secondary
drive cant be accessed. My second hd is a 250gb partition at /dev/sda1 with
a second 250 at sda2 and 1 says 0 b used and 2 says 72.22 MiB used. Oddly
it says the type is now ntfs. This has never been anything other than a hd
for ubuntu so that seems odd.
Any suggestions for recovery?
