[utah-devel] Launchpad urls

Hello,

Now that the fix for the launchpad urls bug
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/utah/+bug/1032767) is available in the
package from the PPA, I'd like to give a couple of examples:

- Launchpad URLs (branch URL + path to the file)
utah -r lp:utah/dev/utah/client/examples/master.run

- bzr+ssh URLs  (username at host + path to the file)
utah -r
bzr+ssh://javi@192.168.122.1/home/javi/code/bzr/utah/dev/utah/client/examples/master.run

The files are retrieved internally using `bzr export`, so any other
protocol supported by this command should be supported in utah as well.
However, probably any other protocol has to be added to the list of
supported ones, so please let me know if you're missing any.
