[ubuntu-x] Patched -ati debs for testing

I spoke with Alex at XDC about the many bug reports on -ati breakage
with compiz, and he flagged around a dozen patches he thought were high
priority for backporting to 6.8.0. They're mostly all patches for
serious issues that got noticed right after the 6.8.0 release.

(The fixes mostly deal with mis-mapped registers that got identified
thanks to the AMD documentation release. The fixes cover a wide range
of cards, but are of particular interest for r3xx-based chipsets. See
the changelog for details.)

Anyway, if anyone is having problems with -ati, I've generated a new
package for testing, so please try this deb out:

  http://people.ubuntu.com/~bryce/Testing/ati/xserver-xorg-video-ati-dbg_6.8.0-1ubuntu1_i386.deb
  http://people.ubuntu.com/~bryce/Testing/ati/xserver-xorg-video-ati_6.8.0-1ubuntu1_i386.deb

I would like to include some or all of these patches for hardy as
updates, however to be acceptable to the release team they'll need to be
identified with the specific bugs they address. So if you could, please
try the deb and let me know the bug(s) that you see fixed as a result.

(And DEFINITELY let me know if you see any _new_ problems come up.)

Thanks,
Bryce
