It seems that the latest fglrx release is not based on the github
(which is 2 months old), you can have a look here:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer-updates

I have made a branch against fglrx-installer here:
https://code.launchpad.net/~andrikos/ubuntu/quantal/fglrx-installer/fix-switch-to-igpu

If I need to do also another against fglrx-installer-updates,  it's ok
for me, I can do it without any problem.
