Hi Craig,

How about using the official logo, but add the za flag in the middle, this could also be the default for other countries.

Hi All,

Yesterday afternoon, I accosted Bradley on IRC and asked him if he could
spend some time working on a logo for the ZA Community.

He took some time out of his busy schedule and worked on it in the
evening developing this: http://radbrad.rucus.net/private/ubuntu-za.png

I have subsequently been pointed to
http://www.ubuntulinux.org/ubuntu/TrademarkPolicy/ which effectively
limits what we can do with the logo.

I wish to thank Bradley for the time and effort taken, and would
appreciate it if you could think about what kind of design we can come
up with to identify the ZA community. 

My initial thoughts revolve around the development of some kind of
mascot or other logo to compliment the official Ubuntu logo.

Thoughts and ideas welcome.
