[ubuntu-za] Banners etc for Ubuntu course

Hi Jason,

Currently available for download and printing are an Ubuntu Z-fold
brochure (that was designed locally), an A4 flyer (fairly average IMO)
and A0 poster (which I haven't looked at yet but am currently
downloading). All 3 available from
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuAtConferences.

In addition, if anyone would like to translate / modify / create
additional material, this is of course welcome. We just ask that you
coordinate with the DocTeam / ArtworkTeam so that everyone can benefit
and we don't duplicate efforts.
