[ubuntu-za] Website being moved to Canonical Data Centre

After an IRC meeting today on #ubuntu-locoteam to discuss the process
for migrating locoteam sites off the compromised outsourced servers, I
have filed the request to move www.ubuntu-za.org into the Canonical
Data Centre.

The ticket is https://bugs.launchpad.net/loco-webhosting/+bug/132502

I'll let you know when the site is up and running - it will take a
while since the sysadmins are swamped trying to deal with many
locoteam sites. Hopefully the fact that we only use moin at the moment
will keep the process simple.
