Have you posted this in the appropriate support section of ubuntuforums.org?
You might have more luck there. Law of large numbers and such, you know.

It's a perplexing problem, I don't know much about the Linux kernel, but
from what I can see it seems to choke while trying to do something to the
PCI devices in your PC. AFAIK, however, it's too early in the boot process
for the problem to be driver related, so I'm going to assume that your
hardware is to blame. You could try taking out all your PCI hardware and
trying to boot again, or maybe fiddle with your BIOS settings as the call
trace makes reference to that as well.
