[ubuntu-za] Wiki Website up and running again

On Friday evening Matthew Nuzum of Canonical assisted us in getting our
wiki up on the new server. www.ubuntu-za.org lives again!

The existing content has been transferred, and as far as I can tell, all
the wiki users have been transferred so the changeover should be totally
seamless.
