Hi All,
Ubuntu do offer the ability for distributors and resellers to purchase
the non-free (as in beer) Ubuntu CD's in bulk.
This can be done through the reseller program managed by Christina
Armstrong (I believe) at Canonical.

Small volumes (100 - 1000 units) are available at 1.50 EUR each
(approximately R15).
At the moment, there is not an official South African distributor
listed.
