Thanks for your suggestions. 
 
I know of the LearnLinux site, started using it myself. I know of 
http://www.linuxholdings.co.za/ and http://www.intoweb.co.za/training_linux.html 
 
Work is willing to pay for courses, and I find for me face to face courses is what I need. 
 
I am trying to find a place that does, LPI101, LPI 102 and UPC. 
 
Because finding places that train Linux or do linux is difficult, I am staring a database ( in OOo Calc ) of vendors who 
train Linux or do linux. attached is a example of what I am thinking of doing.
