[ubuntu-za] Booting live with Ubuntu

i'm currently running an HP Pavilion dv6301eu.
it works really well, but to boot ubuntu (strangely, all other distros
are fine) i had to add the following boot options: noapci irqpoll
noirqdebug

without those kernel options ubuntu refuses to boot. but with those
options, everything runs 100%.

(just google dv6301eu and you will get links to quite a few SA stores
selling them)
