[ubuntu-za] Gusty instlallation

my problem is that the powerpc version of the ubuntu desktop download 
does not do anything. I have m5sumed the d'load and all looks fine.
also there does not seem to be an easy way to upgrade from the desktop 
cd for powerpc.

any ideas
