Andrew has basically said this already, but: the only circumstances in
which ftp.leg.uct.ac.za will be faster than ubuntu.mirror.ac.za are if
you are on the UCT campus network. Despite the fact that it is listed in
the official repositories list for Gutsy, I do not recommend that anyone
except UCT users set it as their repository. Also, it provides only the
binaries and not the sources, so you can't use it for 'deb-src' lines.
