Downloading that deb file worked for me, but then you need to run
"sudo apt-get install remove-duplicates-plugin_0.0.4-1_i386.deb" to
install it.

(I'm not running evolution so I couldn't test it...)

PS, please note the following, mentioned in the digest mail:
