You can get Xubuntu from
http://ubuntu.mirror.ac.za/ubuntu-cdimage/xubuntu/releases/intrepid/release/

It doesn't seem that the TENET or IS mirrors have Ubuntu Studio, and 
even www.fosscds.co.za only has version 8.04
