hi everyone.

i'm busy creating a calender for 2009 in scribus. the idea is to have an
open source app for every month. i will print as many as i can afford
(with my bussiness logo included ;) ) to give away where i live so
people can get more aware of open soure software. i've done most of the
layout so far but i'm a bit stuck with the graphics side. i made
something for january but 'm not really happy with it. here is what i
have so far - http://i37.tinypic.com/260pxxt.jpg
when i'm done i'll post the calender as gpl somewhere where people can
download and edit/print it to their linking (i still need a website for
that). any ideas for apps and graphics are welcome. so far i thought of
including:

openoffice
gimp
blender
scribus
digikam
amarok
kdeedu programs
turbocash
linux/kde/gnome
firefox
thunderbird
xara xtreme for linux

regards
hannes
