[ubuntu-za] Zabuntu team on Launchpad

Hi

The Launchpad team for Zabuntu has been created. It's desirable to avoid
additional teams on Launchpad if at all possible, however, in this case
we need to do it for access control reasons.

You do not have to be part of this team to contribute to Zabuntu,
however, you do need to be part of this team in order to be able to
upload packages to the archive. If you would like to join this uploaders
team, you need to have signed the Ubuntu Code of Conduct and introduced
yourself to the list or one of the team admins (there will be more
admins soon).
