Hi Vince

Have you installed the decryption modules for working CSS? These do not come 
along with Ubuntu (or Kubuntu, for that matter) for legal reasons, and thus 
need to be installed afterwards. These are in the libdvdcss2 packages, and 
they are available from the Medibuntu repository.
