[ubuntu-za] nokia e71 sync

HI

I have a Nokia E71 which I would like to be able to sync with my mail 
client .... contacts emails etc
I currently use thunderbird as mail client(just to mention I don't mind 
switching to evolution) .... I'd just like to know what my options are . 
I've done some searching on google but up till now I have been 
unsuccessful in my endeavors. So far as i can see the  sync option on 
the phone can only be done via Bluetooth which is not a problem, but I 
have no idea how to set something like that up. I'd appreciate any help 
or advice.
