Hi Johan,

Well, if you are in search of "live" support, we have a channel on the Freenode
IRC network (http://freenode.org). The channel is #ubuntu-za
Should you need help setting up IRC, just post to the mailing list again and we
will help you ASAP.

Note that most of the people in the channel idle there, so response might not be
instant. You can also find information on http://wiki.ubuntu-za.org/ our local
wiki page.
