Just to set the record straight I didn't request more service :P

If you are willing to pay R150 a month you can happily buy the latest
LinuxFormat each month which also stores a wealth of information and tutorials.
I have bought a couple of these myself and they are really worth the money.
LinuxFormat is imported from the UK, so quality is top-notch.
You also receive a DVD with at least two of the latest Distro's each month. The
only con is that being in SA, we receive it only a month later.
