[ubuntu-za] Free and Open Source Software in Schools

Dunno about this old-school tux, I don't like him much. I grew up with
Apple, which was cuter. I've attached my personal Tux, it represents me,
in the crystal computer and it is mine, there is not supposed to be any
replica's and one day this will represent my blueprint for my highly
modified PC. This is the individual idea

Gnu and the Herd, well, they are Ubuntu. I like the Jaunty Jackalope
logos which have been created and I don't see why this forum should turn
into a LUG. Ubuntu is for Humans. It's a particular brand, style, call
it what you want, of computing. I would never have touched Linux if it
were not for Ubuntu and thus Ubuntu has made Linux palatable.

It is not merely a matter of taste, but an acknowledgement of deeper
goals and the higher ideals of the Gnu-Linux project that resonate.
