Does anyone know how to change Office Outlook Web Access to bottom post

No, thanks Robert, it's great for the list admins to not always have
to be the net police :)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TOFU is another explanation of top
posting and includes the following: "Microsoft has had a significant
influence on top-posting by the ubiquity of its software; its e-mail
and newsreader software places the cursor at the top by default, and
in several cases makes it difficult not to top-post..."

Unfortunately Gmail has top posting on by default, but you can fix
that with the Better Gmail firefox extension (or the associated
Greasemonkey script which it contains).
