Guys, I highly recommend you folks listen to Hilton before embarking on
much more of a project.

I've worked with Hilton, I helped install many of those Linux Labs in
schools in the Western Cape. As he said, he's been down this road and he's
found what works. I've seen first hand how volunteering doesn't work -
people move, get busy, have life, and drift away. It's not a reflection of
the volunteers, it's a reflection of life. Listen to what Hilton has to say
about getting FOSS into schools, and keeping FOSS in schools. Of all
people, he knows what he's talking about.
