[ubuntu-za] What time Karmic will be available

well... as everyone knows, the new ubuntu is scheduled to be release 
today 29th October

i've been browsing through the ubuntu website since morning, but they 
havent yet updated from the 9.04 download link to the new 9.10

does anyone here know at what CAT time will the new ubuntu be available 
for download?

many thanks in advance, i just cant wait much longer xD
