My wife got a Lenovo Thinkpad Edge boots up in 5seconds or less. I haven't
times it yet, but Windows is up and running almost as soon as you press the
power button. And it's rock solid. They claim to have improved the boot
times, which I can say is impressive. And it's a great help when seeing a
client and you have to quickly do a presentation. No need to wait for it to
boot, and keep the client entertained cause it's slow.
Just a thought, for sales reps, consultants, etc it makes a difference :)
