I also like nvidia a lot.  When it is time to buy, I generally look

  It gives a good guidline on where to start shopping.  As to the HD 
content, that has less to do with your card...  My home theater system 
does it fine with a much less powerfull card than yours.

As long as they are the same class, yes...  (Meaning you are not using 
nvidia legacy)  So in this case, you bet.
