[ubuntu-za] Daemons no longer automatically starting viz apt-cacher-ng and cups

It sounds like those services don't start on boot anymore, which is what you
already know I guess. Check System -> Administration -> Services and see if
cups is checked.

It shows here how to manually add
services<http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/howto-runlevel-configuration-tool-to-start-service/>to
startup, in this case the service being ssh. Sorry I cant be more
specific right now.
