So, judging by the subject of the mail there is a kingston flash disk
that you are getting that message for?

On ubuntu? (guessing based on 'synaptics' == packages)? 10.04? This is
occuring under a gnome desktop? Did this problem always exist? For all
memory sticks or just one?  So much guess work, such poor
communication, this is information that might help us to help you!

Can you send a copy of /etc/fstab, /etc/mtab, assuming the problem is
a "you are not privileged to mount the volume" error.
