Uh, I want to treat this very delicately, BUT - is it possible that someone
who works for the "leading Systems Integration and IT Solutions Company in
East and Central Africa" to not know that Ubuntu is free, does not require
client access licenses like Ms Windows/Exchange does and you do not need to
pay for a media kit since you can download it and/or Canonical will send you
a free set of discs?

Dear Nehal.

You do not need to pay for Ubuntu, nor for the server license, nor for the
Client access license like you would with Microsoft Products. You do not
need to pay for the media kit either.

Canonical does offer some paid for services like professional support, but I
am sure you might find some IT companies who offer professional services for
Linux systems in your area.

Kind Regards
