[ubuntu-za] Ubuntu 10.10 and libQt* errors

Hi there. I run Ubuntu 10.10. VirtualBox 4.0.4, Quantum GIS 1.4 and Skype
have stopped working and the common problem seems to be linked to the libQt*
files discussed on the Ubuntu and VirtualBox forums.

Has anyone here had experience with resolving libQt issues?
