I don't think any offence is done. However, you are asking us mailing
list people if we'd like to use a forum. As you can imagine, the people
who hang out here like mailing lists :)

Yes, za.ubuntuforums.org could use more people hanging out on it,
especially more knowledgeable people. But that's unlikely to be the
group of people found on this list. So please go ahead and spend time on
that forum and build it up. There are other people who like forums
there. Some of them need help, some of them want people to chat to about
Ubuntu.
