I am sure it's burned right, as I've used it on a number of
installations. The disk in question is IDE and has installed 10.04, from
this cd perfectly in the past, on another machine I've got SATA & it's
worked fine there. 
The weird thing is that I successfully installed 7.04 on this disk
yesterday, in an attempt to get some form of live file system on the
disk. However when I tried to install 10.04, no joy, same error msg.
I haven't tried a live USB.
FWIW, I've tried 2 separate cd's, my own and one from the LXF magazine,
both give the same error msg.
I'm stumped.
