[ubuntu-za] installing Ubuntu do not select South Africa select USA

Good day,

Installed Ubuntu 11.04 twice this morning.
There is no response or control for locale on install I found.
So let it go and be New York.
Found by accident if you click on /etc/apt/sources.lst there is a pop up
where you can change very easy your repo.

Change the time zone also by accident.
click on date/time . Open the lock by clicking on it.
Then click on the map about where Johannesburg should be. 
Some trial and error to get it.
