Hello everybody

As per the meeting action items here is an email list of possible things to do:

Just for some background here is the link about locos.
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeams and the FAQ
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoFAQ

So what we try to do every month at least is:
IRC meeting
 - reminder (wesley)
 - agenda (wesley/maia)
 - loco.ubuntu.com page (wesley/maia)
 - chair meeting (wesley/maia)
Monthly report
 - start page (maia but anyone can do this)
 - send reminder to mailing list to add items (maia)
 - add items (everybody should add items if they have)

What we try to do as regularly as needed/possible:
organise ubuntu hour
 - multiple people in multiple locations :D
Release parties
- more than one person per party and multiple people in multiple locations

What we could do more of (but this really depends on if there are
people who want to drive it):
bug days
code jams
translation jams

What would also help:
design t-shirts and organise to have them printed then sell them
have stickers made
help people on irc
help people on the mailing list
hand out CDs
think of more things to do

of course you can do other things that are not on this list too.

The benefit of doing these things apart from the obvious one which is
spreading ubuntu is that if we document what we do we can justify why
we stay an approved loco. This has benefits, we get CDs, books
sometimes, banners.

You do not need to be an ubuntu member to do any of this.

For more ideas check out this event or the transcripts if you can't
make it, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuCommunityWeek
