[ubuntu-za] Panel apps disappeared

Hi all, I hope someone can help me.

I'm using 11.04, but with the Classic Ubuntu desktop. A while ago, I was
experimenting with Simple Backup, which left an icon on the top panel.
When I found that Simple Backup didn't work very well for what I wanted,
I removed it from the system. However, I noticed tonight, that the
Simple Backup icon had re-appeared on the top panel. I unlocked it from
the panel, and removed it.

The problem is that it took my Shutdown/Logout/Restart button, Weather
panel app, Chat panel app & Audio panel app with it.

I would obviously really like to get these back. Any ideas please?
