there are some commercial resellers of these downloaded cd's usually 
it's easier and cheaper to get full sets at a reasonable price, with a 
choice of packaging and looks, none of these are not "official discs" 
but are downloaded and distributed. They do ask some money for the 
service and also for the discs they use.
