It looks like language-packs-en depends on a newer version of
language-packs-en-base than is available in your repos Johan.
I had a similar issue when I included testing repos once.
Did you install language-pack package manually? If you don't remember maybe
it got installed with another package manually?
Use aptitude as suggested, it will suggest ways to resolve this.
I would try remove language-pack-en as chances are its a newer version than
in the repos, but confirm that first.
also you can see what depends on that package with: sudo aptitude rdepends
language-pack-en
