[ubuntu-za] Unity 12.10

Hi Guys

I came across this concept for Unity for 12.10.  This looks much more 
"familiar" and easier to use that the existing Unity.  Don't know if 
this is really the plan or just somebody's concept.  I for one would 
support it.

The layout would be easier to use with a lot less mileage on the mouse 
pointer.  Also a lot more configuration and customisation is built in.  
Although it doesn't tackle all the issues yet, I really hope that this 
is the direction they are going.
