[ubuntu-za] Painless upgrade

Now that my system is running smoothly, broken packages restored, I must 
say that I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome of my upgrade from 
Ubuntu 12.04 to 12.10. For the first time, all my personal mails, 
settings and address books were there without me having to delve into 
backups. The only hiccup was to get my Virtualbox up and running again.

Well done Ubuntu, we are coming of age!
