[ubuntu-za] Xubuntu and Nautilus

I have loaded Gimp onto this machine (12.04 one) and it runs well -
except that it still crashes (sometimes) on saving (well now it is
"exporting" files. So it looks as if I am stuck with Xubuntu for a bit
longer.

Actually I like Xfce as well as Unity. I must be one of those easily
pleased people.
